I wanted to give the fine folks of Azle Manor Nursing home a big Thank you. They took care of my Mom for nearly 3 years and to her passing a couple weeks ago. They were caring, UN-believably patient and attentive through her time there. Good communication with the staff, helping me through the end of life arrangements and hospice care provisions were just some of the things that they helped me with over her stay. God Bless you all!

My dad enjoyed being here (he lived there for about 4 years, about age 97-100) and he previously had never wanted to live in a nursing home. They had lots of activities, and even took them out like on field trips to places, and I was welcome to visit and participate in activities with him. I still visit Azle Manor even though my dad has gone to Heaven!

My Mom was admitted for rehab at this facility & spent 2 weeks there b4 being released to go home. Although she endured Covid while there, the staff graciously & professionally saw her through isolation completing her physical therapy. I wish to express my deepest appreciation for all the staff. A special thanks to the young friendly ladies of physical therapy dept., along with all the nurses. Thank you to Mr. Chris Porter, Administrator, and Mr. Nathan Nichols, Social Services Director for all your assistance with coordination along with making Mom feel safe, welcome & important. Please keep up the extraordinary good work. Thank you

Exceptional in every way possible fantastic care to the residence. My wife was there for a year. She had a fantastic care! The residence are kept busy with games and exercise with a great rehabilitation Program! Cannot stress enough after a year in their care she walked out Out of the facility to a normal life. These people care from the moment you walk through that door there’s a smile they take each resident individually, highly skilled highly motivated 100% satisfied from management to staff.

They have always been very prompt in helping him with whatever he needs and they will do whatever my mother asks them to do to keep my father comfortable and happy. My Dad was at Azle Manor (he passed away). My Step- Mom is still there. Words can not express how awesome this nursing home is. I can give many examples, but the latest is about the physical therapy department. Don manages that department and he is great. Jessica recently worked with my Step-Mom and when she was done, she painted her finger nails. Not in her job duty description, but this is what caring people do. When my Dad was alive, they also took such good care of him.

Kip is the Director and he is the best! His hiring practices stand out. Thank you Allison, the Social Director. This lady is amazing. She plans super fun events for the residents.

Feels like home! My Pop is at Azle Manor, as of last night. Laci answered all of our questions, going in and gave us a thorough tour…..she is very compassionate and patient and has a lot of experience at the home.
